Hanoi Sky is on the 65th floor of Lotte Center Hanoi at 54 Liễu Giai, in the west of central Hanoi, about 5 km from Hoàn Kiếm Lake. There is no metro station nearby yet, so most visitors come by Grab or taxi.

By bus
Several city buses run along Liễu Giai, including lines 22A, 32, 107, 142 and 144. The closest stop is at 48 Liễu Giai, about three minutes' walk from the tower. Check the route from your hotel in a transit app before you set off. The metro will get closer when the underground section of Line 3, with Kim Mã station, opens; that is planned for late 2027.

Access questions
Is Lotte Mall West Lake the same place?
No. Lotte Mall West Lake is a newer mall in another part of Hanoi and has no observation deck. Hanoi Sky is in Lotte Center Hanoi at 54 Liễu Giai.
Where is the entrance to the observation deck?
Start at the Hanoi Sky Welcome Zone on B1, next to LOTTE Mart, with the ticket counter and the high-speed elevator to the 65th floor. If you come in through the LOTTE Hotel Hanoi entrance, there is also a counter on the 65th floor.
Can I get there by metro?
Not conveniently yet. Line 3 currently ends at Cầu Giấy, and Kim Mã station, closer to Lotte Center, is part of an underground section planned for late 2027.
Is the deck accessible with a wheelchair or stroller?
Ticket sellers list it as wheelchair and stroller accessible, and the deck is reached by elevator. Call the front desk on 024 3333 6565 to confirm anything specific before you go.
