Hanoi Sky sells one basic ticket and a long list of combos and packages that bundle entry with a drink, a gift, a photo or a VR ride. The basic ticket is priced for Monday to Friday, excluding holidays; the combos and packages are sold every day. Adult prices apply from age 12, child prices from 3 to 12, and children under 3 go free. All prices below are from the official site and include VAT.

Discounts, add-ons and other combos
On the weekday ticket, visitors entering during Happy Hour, 9:30-11:00 or 21:00-22:30, get a free gift. The Family Package gives 50% off the child tickets for a group of at least two adults and up to five children.
Adults can take the Signature Combo with a beer or highball for 350,000 VND, or a cocktail or wine for 450,000 VND. The Beyond Reality combo adds VR Icarus Gliding for 350,000 VND on weekdays and 390,000 VND on weekends; the VR Mission X combo costs 330,000 and 350,000 VND. A combo with the Hanoi City Bus Tour starts at 300,000 VND for a 90-minute round trip.
Bought separately, VR Icarus Gliding costs 120,000 VND on weekdays and 160,000 VND on weekends, and is for adults only. Renting a Vietnamese or Korean traditional costume costs 40,000 VND per adult per hour, and a printed photo 110,000 VND.
Where to buy
At the deck, tickets are sold at the Hanoi Sky counter on B1, next to LOTTE Mart, and at a second counter on the 65th floor, reached through the LOTTE Hotel Hanoi entrance. Online, the official site names Klook, Trip.com, GetYourGuide, Lifelink and KKday as sellers; prices there can differ from the counter, so compare before you pay.

Ticket questions
How much is a Hanoi Sky ticket on the weekend?
The official price list sells the basic ticket from Monday to Friday only. On weekends and holidays the cheapest option it lists is a combo with a drink, a gift or a photo, at 280,000 VND for adults and 220,000 VND for children 3-12.
Who counts as a child?
Children from 3 to 12 pay the child price. Children under 3 enter free, and visitors over 12 pay the adult price.
Is there a family discount?
Yes. With the Family Package, a group of at least two adults gets 50% off the child tickets, for up to five children.
Is the VR ride included in the ticket?
No. VR Icarus Gliding and VR Mission X are paid extras, or come bundled in the Beyond Reality and VR Mission X combos and in the Sky All-in package.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes. The counters on B1 and on the 65th floor sell tickets on the day. Booking online saves the queue at the counter. Book online
