Hanoi Sky sells one basic ticket and a long list of combos and packages that bundle entry with a drink or a VR ride. The basic ticket is priced for Monday to Friday, excluding holidays; the combos and packages are sold every day.
Children aged 3 to 12 pay the child price and visitors over 12 the adult price; children under 3 go free.
Online you can buy the ticket and some of the combos; the rest are sold only at the counter.

Where to buy
At the deck, tickets are sold at the Hanoi Sky counter on B1, next to LOTTE Mart, and at a second counter on the 65th floor, reached through the LOTTE Hotel Hanoi entrance.
Online, the official site names Klook, GetYourGuide and other sellers; prices there can differ from the counter, so compare before you pay.
Discounts, add-ons and other combos
Family Package: 50% off child tickets for two or more adults with up to five children.
More combos at the counter: Signature with a beer or highball (350,000 VND) or a cocktail or wine (450,000 VND), Beyond Reality with VR Icarus Gliding (350,000-390,000 VND), VR Mission X (330,000-350,000 VND) and the City Bus Tour (from 300,000 VND). VR combos cost more at weekends.
On their own: VR Icarus Gliding 120,000-160,000 VND (adults only), costume rental 40,000 VND an hour, printed photo 110,000 VND.
Ticket questions
How much is a Hanoi Sky ticket on the weekend?
The basic ticket at 230,000 VND is sold Monday to Friday only. On weekends and holidays the cheapest option is a combo with a drink, at 280,000 VND.
Who counts as a child?
Children from 3 to 12 pay the child price. Children under 3 enter free, and visitors over 12 pay the adult price. Child tickets are not sold on Klook, so buy them at the counter.
Is there a family discount?
Yes. With the Family Package, a group of at least two adults gets 50% off the child tickets, for up to five children.
Is the VR ride included in the ticket?
No. VR Icarus Gliding and VR Mission X are paid extras, or come bundled in the Beyond Reality and VR Mission X combos and in the Sky All-in package.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes. The counters on B1 and on the 65th floor sell tickets on the day. Booking online saves the queue at the counter. Book online
